After he compromised some lucrative rematches with Le(who's next for him?) and Ortiz(Babalu will take care of him hopefully),taking home 370 000$ in the process ,what is next for Frank.Only option I see is a redemption road beginning with a non that entertaining rematch with Renzo...HE would be intelligent and Humble to do so(2nd he is not obviously)...What do you guys think?

Ortiz would destroy the present age frank shamrock, Babalu..... I think frank can take this one if he stays standing, Frank's got a shot. I don't believe frank is relevant anymore against the top dogs of course..

Its hard to conclude where Franks career is at based on The Diaz fight alone. I mean he looked awful last time out but that was largely because of Diaz' rangy defence and style. He did look 'old' though and hid resilience certainly wasnt what it once but given the right opponents he may still have a couple of good fights left in him. He's already said he'll fight on so we'll wait and see I guess
